Soft metal Vickers hardness testerUsed to check the heat treatment effect of materials and determine whether the alloy composition of the material is qualified. Test the hardness of soft metal profiles, pipes, plates, and other parts. Used for testing long, heavy workpieces or assemblies that are difficult to deliver to the laboratory. Specially suitable for conducting piece by piece qualification inspection of batches of products on the production site. The pressure needle can work for a long time at 200-250 ℃. There are various models available for testing aluminum alloys, copper, copper alloys, and soft steel.

W-20 type is commonly used in the production and application of aluminum profiles.
When the thickness of the aluminum profile is greater than 6mm, W-20A should be used instead.
Aluminum pipes with an inner diameter greater than 10mm shall be of W-20 type.
Thin aluminum tubes with an inner diameter less than or greater than 6mm should be replaced with W-20s.
W-B75 type is commonly used for testing brass pipes.
W-BB75 type is commonly used for testing copper pipes.
W-B92 type is commonly used for testing stainless steel strips or cold-rolled steel strips.
